Thomas and Friends butter cookies are mine last stories discovery. Thanks to my new cookie cutter, which I got from sister, I was able to give a little more fun to my little men.
170 g of smooth butter
150 g of sugar
280 g of flour
45 g of eggs
First, mix the butter with sugar, so it’s fluffy. Next, keep adding flour and eggs, mixing all the time, until all ingredients will be well combined. Ready dough put wrap in a food wrap and put to the refrigerator for about an hour.
After that time, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Next, prepare custom cookie cutter and a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Take your dough out from the refrigerator and roll out so it has around 3 millimeters of thickness. This thickness is ideal for cutting cookies, especially if you have a cookies cutter which has a lot of details.
At the end put the baking sheet with cookies into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until they are gold.
